Job Description
• Maintain, repair, and track environmental field equipment used for emergency response (hazardous materials, oil spill, radiological incidents)
• Manage and inventory equipment including:
○ Air monitoring instruments
○ Personal protective equipment (PPE)
○ Radiological and environmental monitoring tools
• Coordinate and schedule preventative maintenance on:
○ Generators
○ UTVs
○ Trailers
○ Large mobile command post vehicles
• Track equipment and supplies using internal databases and Excel spreadsheets
• Prepare, stage, and mobilize equipment for both routine operations and non-routine emergency responses
• Provide strong internal customer service to emergency response teams and field staff
Support occasional delivery of equipment to job sites across PA, WV, MD, and VA

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience in:
○ Equipment management
○ Supply/inventory control
○ Customer service functions
• Hands-on maintenance or mechanical experience, particularly with vehicles or field equipment
• Experience tracking equipment using databases or inventory systems
• Proficiency in Excel (spreadsheets, tracking, documentation)
• Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 25 pounds
• Comfort with frequent driving and field-based work
High School Diploma or GED
