Job Description

An information management client with a line of business in entertainment services is looking for 3 Archive Inventory Specialists to support a client project within their client vault of confirming inventory of media assets being stored at their office. They will join the Archive Processing team. This role is responsible for the end-to-end triage, physical preparation and digital scanning of media assets. The successful candidate will manage inventory, perform physical repairs, operate advanced scanning technology (Archive Explorer), and ensure accurate digital output for archival purposes. This office sits in Boyers, PA and is an underground office so the candidates will need to be comfortable working 40 hour weeks without windows or natural lighting.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Asset Triage & Preparation - prep assets for digital scanning (minor remediation repairs, barcoding, and sorting)
2. Inventory and Data Tracking - record and correlate asset information into a tracking system
3. Digital scanning - use of scanning technology (Archive Explorer) to perform digital scanning

Required Skills & Experience

-1+ years of professional work experience
-Ability to learn and operate Various softwares (Google Sheets, Airtable) and hardware (Archive Explorer Scanner) efficiently.
○ Training for Archive Explorer will be provided.
-Strong interpersonal skills and team player mentality, punctuality, and professionalism
-Ability to perform repetitive tasks, including wrist and hand motions required for scanning, labeling, and data entry.
-Lifting & Mobility: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while pulling and re-shelving housing boxes. Must be able to safely lift and carry archive boxes up to 40 lbs.
-Climate: Ability to conduct work in a climate controlled cold vault - as low as 35 degrees Fahrenheit.
