Job Description

Our large pharmaceutical client is seeking an Associate Scientist to join their growing Bioanalytical Discovery & Development Sciences team in Spring House, PA. This group leads developing, validating, and conducting bioanalytical methods related to large molecule biotherapeutic drugs across all therapeutic areas, spanning nonclinical studies to post-market clinical development.



Core Responsibilities:

-Perform Mesoscale (MSD), ELISA, or other LBA assays in support of discovery, non-clinical, and clinical studies

-Prepare calibrators, quality controls, and validation samples for regulated bioanalysis.

-Real time documentation of experiments

-Perform assigned scientific experiments with supervisor's assistance

-Provide input and identify problems with scientific experiments through data analysis

Required Skills & Experience

-At least 1 year of bioassay experience or running PK bioanalysis in a regulated environment

-Bachelor's Degree in Biology or related field

-Direct experience with a variety of bioanalytical methods (ELISA, ECLIA, qPCR) using different immunological and biochemical platforms (MSD, Quanterix, SMC-PRO)

-Hands on PK assay development experience

-Experience with documentation of experiments in ELN or similar

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Familiarity with automation platforms
