Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing software engineering and technology operations.
Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and industry trends, with prior experience in healthcare IT or revenue cycle/patient engagement software preferred.
Deep understanding of AI tools, new media solutions, knowledgebase development, and their applications in healthcare (e.g., LLMs, AI avatars, AI-generated content).
Deep technical expertise across a broad range of technologies, including software development frameworks, cloud computing, database management, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
Proven track record of leadership in building and managing high-performing technical teams, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and lead technology-driven initiatives, with a passion for leveraging technology to solve complex problems and drive business growth.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute a long-term technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes, meeting project deadlines, and driving continuous improvement.
Understands all components of the business at a high-level and how technology impacts each respective area.
