Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an IAM BSA in the Tualatin Oregon area. Ideally this person will have experience with one or more IAM tools. Insight Global's client is looking to upgrade Saviynt 5.5 to Saviynt EIC and will need the support of a BSA.

This individual will have the following duties:

* Collect application security requirements from enterprise users for the deployment of their Information Security solutions.

* Facilitate requirements gathering sessions using a variety of techniques that include interviews, surveys, review of historical data, workshop sessions and structured walkthrough of the processes.

* Anticipate, quantify, and resolve problems with requirements.

* Seek to understand and incorporate company cultural and organizational realities in the requirements gathering process.

* Validate all requirements, and separate key business requirements from application wish lists.

* Lead meetings with stakeholders and company IAM Program Team members.

* Translate business requirements into functional requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

* 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst through implementing enterprise identity management, access management and security solutions. (E.g. Saviynt, SailPoint, CA, IBM, BMC, Sun, Oracle, ForgeRock, etc.) in corporate environments.

* Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services.

* Experience with IT systems and technology platforms.

* Demonstrated mastery of documentation software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Visio; Adobe Acrobat; a graphics editing package such as Photoshop, etc.).

Strong familiarity with IT Architecture concepts



Education and Work Experience:

* A four-year undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or demonstrated work experience.
