Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Demand & Supply Planner to support demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, purchasing coordination, and cross-functional communication across Sales, Operations, Warehouse, Finance, and supplier partners. In this role, you will help provide clear visibility into customer demand, inventory availability, open purchase orders, supplier performance, and potential supply risks to ensure realistic expectations are set across the business and with customers. You will monitor inventory levels, track supplier deliveries, manage purchase order follow-up, and help identify shortages, delays, or excess inventory before they impact operations. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, inventory, logistics, or a related field, along with strong Excel and data analysis skills. This position is a great opportunity for an early-career supply chain professional who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role will be driven by strong communication, consistent follow-through, and the ability to turn complex data into clear insights and actionable plans. The salary range for this role is $100-120k/yr.

Required Skills & Experience
· Supply chain qualification, certification, degree, or similar relevant education/training. · 1-3+ years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, supply planning, purchasing, inventory, logistics, operations, or a related field. · Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities. · Strong attention to detail and follow-through. · Good Excel/Google Sheets skills, including comfort with formulas, filters, lookups, and basic data analysis. · Strong written and verbal communication skills. · Ability to work with internal teams, suppliers, and partners across different time zones.
· Willingness to learn systems, processes, products, and operational details.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
· Experience with ERP, inventory, WMS, or purchasing systems.
· Experience working with domestic or international suppliers.
· Familiarity with purchase orders, inventory planning, lead times, MOQs, shipping timelines, or warehouse operations.
· Experience in hardware, electronics, manufacturing, distribution, or a product-based business is a plus.
· Power BI, advanced Excel, or reporting experience is a plus.
