$32 - $40 (hourly estimate)

Job Description

• Lead template optimization and scheduling improvements
• Improve referral workflows and conversion rates
• Analyze and act on access KPI’s (new patient lag, template utilization, referral conversion, etc.)
• Partner closely with physician and administrative leaders to challenge current workflows
• Support a shift toward a more patient‑centered scheduling model while respecting academic medicine constraints
• Leverage Epic Cadence and other technology solutions to drive access improvements

Required Skills & Experience

1) Proven experience with template optimization and referral process improvement, including both centralized and decentralized scheduling/referral models
2) Strong understanding of access-related KPI’s (referral conversion, new patient median lag, template utilization) and demonstrated ability to drive improvement through process and technology changes
3) Hands‑on experience with Epic Cadence and familiarity with access‑related technology solutions used to improve patient throughput and access
4) Ability to work effectively with physician and administrative leaders, challenge the status quo, and advance a more patient‑focused scheduling approach while respecting the complexities of academic medicine
