Job Description

You will be the single-point owner for NPI execution at the contract manufacture (CM). Joins during proto builds and CM selection as a contributor, then takes full program ownership at CM award — driving EVT readiness, DVT, PVT, and MP ramp. Partners directly with a CM-assigned PM as day-to-day counterpart, and leads a team of 5-6 functional NPI contractors through matrixed leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

· 3+ consumer electronics products taken from concept to production as program lead.
· Demonstrated history of driving contract manufactures to strong execution — collaborative by default, firm and accountability-driven when performance slips.
· Experience building reviews, risk management, and action tracking.
· Demonstrably organized NPI program approach
· Authorized to work in U.S. or Mexico with unrestricted travel.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Spanish speaking
- prior NPI with mexico based SMs
- background in wearables or electro-mechanical products with embedded firmware and wireless.
