Insight Global is looking for a designer with a strong digital background that is meticulous in pixel perfect executions and has aspirations to grow and develop into a world class storyteller and conceptual designer!
In this role the designer will be accountable for
- Designing and delivering final production files for consumer-facing marketing content across our client's digital channels (.com, Email, Apps) and social following Brand campaign guidance and digital best practices.
Production design may include:
- .com fully composed pages and product wall headers
- App feed cards and threads
- Emails, including various iterations for testing (i.e, different colored backgrounds, A/B testing of button sizes, etc)
- Social executions
- Cutting videos to size and spec
- Work full-time, currently remote but eventually in house with category creative & marketing teams
- Partner with copywriters to deliver comps for review
- Become an expert at digital platform production capabilities and functionality
- Collaborate with content management system authors to bring creative to life as intended, delivering sliced assets in adherence to production specifications
- Must be comfortable participating in creative reviews and presenting work to senior creative & marketing leaders
- Assist with photography selection process for digital applications
- Opportunities to assist in concepting of new marketing initiatives may also exist

- 5-7 years of experience as a designer with a strong digital background.
- Ideally someone who has worked on large brand executions, creative, brand and marketing teams.
- We are looking for someone who understands all platforms: email, apps, and social.
- Experience with these design tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
- Any experience with digital production artists, briefs, concepting, or work on photoshoots is also appreciated.
- Experience with UX/ UI, 3D Graphics, or animations
