Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Implementation Specialist to support a large utility client in the delivery of its Integrated Network Management (INM) solution. This individual will work closely with the Grid Analytics & Data Modernization team and the Asset Strategy & Operations (ASO) division, coordinating requirements gathering, system configuration, data analysis, integration and migration activities, testing, deployment, and user adoption efforts. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal workstream leads, IT teams, operational stakeholders, data owners, and external implementation partners to ensure the successful rollout and optimization of the solution.

Required Skills & Experience

• A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
•Experience supporting enterprise software implementation or digital transformation projects, preferably involving utility operations, asset information, GIS, or data platforms.
•Practical knowledge of the implementation lifecycle, including requirements, configuration, integration, data migration, testing, user acceptance, cutover, deployment, and hypercare.
•Strong project coordination, vendor management, risk, issue and dependency tracking, and delivery documentation skills.
•Hands-on experience with SQL, relational databases, data integration, APIs, ETL, data profiling, data quality, and reconciliation; experience with Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx is an asset.
•Experience translating business and technical requirements into data mappings, validation rules, dashboards, and automated quality or test checks is an asset.
•Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
•Effective communication and facilitation skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•Ability to learn electrical distribution concepts related to asset management, system planning, field operations, and control room processes; experience with IEC CIM, network models, or INM solutions is an asset.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

•Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a desired asset.
