Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a senior program manager to support the rollout and ongoing use of AI-enabled tools across project managers, business analysts, and development teams. The individual will work closely with delivery, product, and technical stakeholders to help teams adopt, integrate, and effectively use AI tools within their day-to-day workflows. This includes partnering with PMs and BAs on planning, requirements, documentation, and reporting use cases, as well as supporting developers leveraging AI for coding, testing, automation, and analysis. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of AI concepts, practical experience working with AI tooling, and prior exposure to cross-functional delivery teams. They should be comfortable translating business and delivery needs into practical AI-enabled solutions, supporting change management, and acting as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical users. They will be comfortable with being on site 2 days a week in Toronto.

Required Skills & Experience
8+ years managing large-scale, complex programs
Experience leading AI programs end‑to‑end
Proven experience delivering regulatory or compliance-driven initiatives Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technology
Experience building and executing runbooks and implementation plans
Hands-on experience running scrums and working closely with delivery teams
Strong background across both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
JIRA experience
Ability to translate between business objectives and technology execution
Comfortable operating in senior leadership and Managing Director forums
PMP certification
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Big 4 consulting background
Capital markets domain knowledge
