Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Solution Architect to join a high-performing team supporting business banking and branch banking initiatives. This individual will play a key role in designing and delivering scalable solutions across customer-facing platforms, data and analytics environments, and core business banking applications. The Solution Architect will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and data teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards. This role requires a strong mix of technical depth, including a development background and data architecture experience, along with the ability to design solutions in AWS and support evolving initiatives that incorporate AI and advanced analytics.

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience working as a Solution Architect in enterprise environments
Strong experience within the business banking domain (branch banking, customer servicing platforms, or business banking applications)
Hands-on background in development (Java, APIs, or similar backend technologies)
Strong experience in data architecture and working with data and analytics platforms
Experience designing and implementing solutions in AWS cloud environments
Exposure to AI/ML concepts or working on AI-driven or data-driven initiatives
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience supporting large-scale banking platforms such as customer servicing systems or digital banking platforms
Experience with solution architecture tooling (e.g., architecture modeling tools, diagramming tools, documentation frameworks)
Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Experience with modern architecture patterns (microservices, event-driven architecture, API-based design)
Previous experience working within regulated or highly complex enterprise environments
