Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Senior Manual QA Tester to support a digital personalization initiative within a collaborative, Agile delivery banking environment. The ideal candidate brings strong hands‑on QA expertise, experience within financial services, testing web and enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
• Create, maintain, and execute manual test cases and test scenarios
• Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and UAT testing
• Validate end‑to‑end business workflows across applications
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support Agile project delivery
• Upload, track, and manage test cases and results using established QA tools
• Ensure quality standards are met across digital and analytics‑driven solutions

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience in Manual QA Tester, ideally within financial services
• Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint
• Strong experience with functional testing of web or enterprise applications
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective test cases
• Exposure to UAT coordination or business-facing testing
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Understanding of digital tag management solutions (e.g., Adobe Launch) or java script
• Experience with web traffic and behavioral analytics testing (Adobe Analytics)
• Hands‑on experience with QA tools, specifically HP ALM (HP QC) for uploading and managing functional test results
