Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Developer to support the continued evolution of its Wealth Management CRM platform. The team is responsible for maintaining and enhancing Salesforce solutions that support multiple Wealth Management lines of business while driving the migration of legacy applications into Salesforce.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) experience.
Strong experience with:
Apex
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
SOQL/SOSL
Salesforce Flows
Salesforce APIs and integrations
Experience working on large enterprise Salesforce implementations.
Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data modelling, and governor limits.
Experience working within Agile development environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Wealth Management, Banking, or Financial Services industry experience.
Experience supporting Salesforce migration or transformation programs.
Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
Salesforce Financial Services Cloud accreditation or certification.
Exposure to DevOps tooling and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience leveraging Salesforce AI, Copilot, Agentforce, or other AI-enabled developer tools.
