Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to gather and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions. The role involves running workshops with advisory, operations, compliance, and branch teams to map current and future‑state processes and identify gaps. You will configure Salesforce— including flows, validation rules, and layouts—while supporting data readiness, integrations, and quality checks. The analyst will also build and execute SIT, UAT, and regression testing, managing defects and ensuring smooth deployments and post‑go‑live stabilization. Finally, the role supports training, documentation, and continuous process‑improvement initiatives across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience
Hands‑on Salesforce experience (Sales/Service Cloud; FSC preferred).
Strong understanding of FSC data model (Account, Contact, Financial Account, Relationships).
Salesforce configuration skills: flows, validation rules, workflow/process automation.
Experience with Data Loader, sandboxes, and change sets.
Understanding of integration patterns (APIs, middleware, data sync).
4+ years in a BSA/BA role supporting enterprise software.
Strong requirements gathering, user story writing, and backlog management.
Experience with process mapping and gap analysis.
Hands‑on SIT, UAT, and regression testing experience.
Data validation and integration testing background; Jira for defect tracking.
Experience in financial services, wealth management, or banking operations.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Salesforce Admin or Associate certification (or ability to obtain quickly).
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Salesforce Certified Business Analyst.
Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Accreditation.
Experience with TestRail or Salesforce Navigator.
Strong data skills (Excel, Tableau).
Knowledge of ETL, databases, and data governance.
Agile/Scrum experience.
Experience with advisory workflows, compliance, or client lifecycle processes.
