Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced RPA Program Consultant to help stand up and mature an enterprise RPA and AI-enabled automation portfolio within a large Wealth Management Technology organization. This role will act as a strategy and program execution partner, working closely with senior technology and business leaders to define operating models, establish governance, prioritize use cases, and communicate value through executive-level forums. This consultant will play a critical role in shaping how RPA and AI initiatives run in parallel, supporting the creation of pods and delivery frameworks, while helping drive alignment across business operations, technology teams, and steering committees.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior technology and business leaders to define and evolve the RPA operating model, including governance, funding sustainability, and team structure
- Act as a program and strategy lead for RPA and AI-enabled automation initiatives, ensuring clear swim lanes between platforms and use cases
- Lead and support Steering Committee (SteerCo) activities, including agenda planning, executive updates, and decision documentation
- Develop high-quality executive-facing materials (PowerPoint decks, current-state assessments, roadmap visuals, success metrics, and value realization summaries)
- Collaborate with operations and business partners to identify and prioritize automation opportunities, particularly within back-office and operational processes
- Support the stand-up of RPA pods, including use case intake, timelines, delivery cadence, and alignment with AI capabilities (e.g., intelligent prompts, agentic workflows)
- Work closely with delivery, production support, and business analysis resources as the program scales
- Provide a horizontal view across multiple lines of business, ensuring consistency, reuse, and enterprise alignment
- Bring strong program management discipline while operating in a consultative, influence-based role
