Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior QA Analyst to support a Data and cloud migration initiative within a large financial services environment. This role focuses on validating data pipelines, infrastructure, and cloud-based workflows, particularly on AWS. The ideal candidate brings strong ETL testing skills, cloud migration experience, and the ability to build automation frameworks from scratch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test strategies for data migration and infrastructure validation
- Perform end-to-end testing of ETL pipelines and cloud data workflows
- Build automation frameworks using Python and Selenium
- Collaborate with DataOps, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure quality across systems
- Document test plans, results, and contribute to QA best practices

Required Skills & Experience
- 5-7+ years of QA experience with a focus on data and infrastructure testing
- Strong SQL/Oracle and ETL testing expertise
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (S3, Redshift, Glue, etc.)
- Experience with cloud migration and infrastructure validation
- Automation scripting (Python, Selenium)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Familiar with SaaS platforms like Hadoop and similar
- Financial services or wealth management experience
