Job Description

Insight Global is hiring for a Program Coordinator to support rewards and compensation initiatives within a fast-paced corporate environment. This individual will partner closely with Program Managers and cross-functional teams to coordinate program activities, track progress against key milestones, and help ensure successful delivery across multiple workstreams.

The Program Coordinator will maintain project documentation, status reports, dashboards, and program artifacts while monitoring timelines, risks, dependencies, and action items. They will support stakeholder communications, enablement materials, change readiness activities, and post-implementation reviews to drive successful adoption of program initiatives.

Additionally, this individual will coordinate operational logistics including scheduling, documentation management, intake channels, communications, and program-related events. They will respond to stakeholder inquiries, maintain accurate records in accordance with established processes and compliance requirements, and provide support for ad hoc projects and evolving business priorities.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple competing priorities, and possesses strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. They are dependable, proactive, and thrive in environments that require both structured project execution and ongoing operational support.

Required Skills & Experience

1-2+ years of experience supporting projects, programs, or operational initiatives in a corporate environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Experience tracking project timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups.
Proven ability to maintain documentation, reporting, dashboards, and program artifacts.
Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
Dependable and collaborative team player with a customer-service-oriented approach.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience supporting rewards, compensation, HR, or people-related programs.
Experience creating and maintaining dashboards within Power BI.
Experience within a large, matrixed organization.
Familiarity with change management, adoption, and readiness activities.
