Job Description
We are seeking a highly communicative, outgoing Product Owner who brings a strong blend of Product Owner and Business Analyst experience. The ideal candidate is comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, facilitating discussions, and confidently driving conversations to clarity. This role plays a critical role in translating business needs into delivered solutions across a large, complex enterprise environment.
Day‑to‑day:
• Partner with Lines of Business across a Big 5 banking client to gather, analyze, and document requirements related to eForm and eSignature use cases
• Act as the primary requirements owner, translating business needs into clear functional and technical requirements for delivery teams
• Lead backlog management activities including writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, prioritizing work, and supporting sprint planning
• Drive end‑to‑end delivery of eForm and eSignature integrations across platforms and processes, ensuring requirements are implemented as intended
• Collaborate closely with BAs, designers, developers, QA, and platform teams to support solution design and execution
• Facilitate workshops, requirement reviews, and stakeholder discussions to align on scope, dependencies, and delivery approach
• Support system and integration implementations, including validation of data flows, form behavior, and eSignature workflows
• Review and validate delivered solutions through UAT and acceptance activities, ensuring alignment to business and compliance needs
• Manage change requests, scope updates, and trade‑off decisions throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Serve as a visible point of contact for stakeholders, proactively communicating status, risks, and delivery progress
• Contribute to continuous improvement of digitization, straight‑through processing, and document automation practices within the eForms/eSignature CoE

5+ years of DPO + BA experience
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management
Understanding of SDLC and knowledge of technical requirements
System implementation experience
Documenting requirements
Extroverted, outgoing, not hesitant to speak up
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
eSignature experience (ie. DocuSign, OneSpan Sign)
eForm experience (ie. Quadient, OpenText, Oracle Forms)
Document management experience
Digitization process optimization experience
