Job Description
Seeking a Power Platform Developer to build, support, and stabilize enterprise applications while partnering closely with business teams. This role focuses on delivering scalable solutions, supporting app transitions, and ensuring alignment with governance standards in a fast-changing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
Support transition of business-managed apps (BMA) to technology-managed (TMA) where feasible
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for deployed applications
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and guide solutions
Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory standards
Participate in knowledge transfer and documentation to support long-term ownership

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform
Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments (FS preferred)
Strong stakeholder communication skills
Ability to manage shifting priorities and evolving direction
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with app migration (BMA → TMA)
Exposure to Azure or enterprise cloud environments
Understanding of governance and risk controls
