Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a PCO for a leading bank to support an enterprise‑wide Corporate Finance initiative focused on real‑time cash visibility, forecasting, payment prioritization, intraday funding, and liquidity governance. This role will join the Program Management Office, partnering with the banking team to strengthen program governance, reporting, and controls.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain integrated program schedules, plans, and milestones
• Track risks, issues, actions, dependencies, and decisions across workstreams
• Support financial tracking, forecasting, and reporting
• Prepare consolidated dashboards and executive materials
• Enforce PMO standards, governance, and artefact consistency
• Support regulatory, audit, and leadership reporting needs
• Facilitate PMO cadence meetings and ensure accurate documentation
• Work closely with PMs to support escalation and delivery discipline

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience as a PCO within banking or financial services
• Experience supporting large transformation or regulatory programs
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage concurrent priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience supporting finance, treasury, or liquidity initiatives
• Familiarity with enterprise PMO methodologies and tooling
• Experience in risk‑ or regulation‑heavy environments
