Job Description

Insight Global seeking a Lead Frontend Developer to drive the design and delivery of modern, scalable web applications for upcoming initiatives. This individual will take ownership of frontend architecture, lead development efforts using Vue.js, and partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, accessible, and secure user experiences. The ideal candidate is a strong technical contributor who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can quickly ramp on new tools and frameworks, and proactively identifies risks while ensuring successful project outcomes..

Required Skills & Experience

* Strong proficiency in Vue.js and building responsive web applications
* Experience with analytics integration and accessibility best practices
* Familiarity with Vite for unit testing
* Knowledge of security tools/processes including Snyk, BlackDuck, and Fortify
* Quick learners and independent contributors who are technically strong

Soft Skills
* Proven ownership of delivery and accountability for outcomes
* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (architects, QA, PMs, backend, UX, analytics)
* Strong risk management and mitigation skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
