Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Intermediate IT Change & Incident Management Analyst to support Royal Bank of Canada within their Enterprise IT Operations and Enablement team.
This role will support a high-volume environment, managing a backlog of 500+ change requests. The consultant will be responsible for coordinating and executing low-risk IT changes, while also supporting incident-related workflows (including emergency changes and post-incident activities).
The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-driven, and an excellent communicator who can manage multiple requests simultaneously while working cross-functionally with technical teams and business stakeholders. Experience working within structured ITIL environments and using ServiceNow is required.

Required Skills & Experience
3–5 years of experience in IT Change Management and/or Incident Management
Strong understanding of ITIL (Change + Incident)
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (change + incident modules)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in high-volume ticketing environments
Strong organization and attention to detail
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with Change Advisory Board (CAB)
Experience in enterprise or regulated environments (banking preferred)
Exposure to release management
Experience with reporting / dashboards / backlog tracking
Process improvement experience
