Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of professional experience as a full‑stack software developer.
Strong sense of ownership — you take initiative, resolve issues proactively, and care deeply about product quality.
Proven experience building and scaling large applications in a team setting.
Comfortable working with ambiguity, estimating complexity, and breaking down large problems.
Data‑driven mindset with experience monitoring and optimizing application performance.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
Strong refactoring skills and experience working with legacy systems.
Passion for software quality, paired with openness to new ideas and perspectives.
Preferred Technical Skills
Languages & Frameworks: Next.js, Node.js, Java (+) React
Testing: JUnit, Jest
Tooling: Gradle, Swagger
Cloud & Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, GCP
CI/CD: GitLab CI, SonarQube
API Development: RESTful APIs, microservices, security best practices
Architecture: Cloud systems, distributed design
Nice to Have: Experience with Apigee, Akamai, or similar API gateways
