Job Description
Insight Global is seeking Delivery Leads to oversee delivery across multiple Agile pods supporting a Wealth Management technology portfolio. This role will lead delivery for a mix of core platforms, vendor applications, and AI-driven initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise risk, legal, and responsible AI frameworks. The Delivery Lead will play a key role in moving POCs into funded initiatives, including AI chatbot and advisor-facing solutions built on the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple Agile pods and initiatives
- Drive execution of AI and cloud-based programs, from POC through production
- Ensure delivery aligns with legal, risk, and responsible AI frameworks
- Coordinate across engineering, architecture, QA, and business stakeholders
- Track delivery milestones, dependencies, and risks across a complex application landscape

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in technology delivery or program leadership in a financial services enterprise environment
- Strong experience leading Agile pod-based delivery models
- Experience delivering cloud and AI-enabled initiatives
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, GitHub, and DevOps tooling across Azure AI Foundry
- Ability to manage delivery across legacy, vendor, and modern platforms
- Strong stakeholder communication and execution skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience delivering AI chatbots or advisor-facing digital tools
- Background in wealth management or insurance environments
