Job Description
Insight global is looking for a content editor to join a large banking client on a 6 month contract in Toronto on a hybrid basis. The successful candidate will be working on projects across the bank and will be responsible for digital content creation and page builds. Experience with content writing, design, confluence/jira, and a collaborative mindset is essential to succeed in this role.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of digital content writing, editing, or content design experience for public facing digital products, websites, or applications.
- 3+ years working in UX, product design, or cross functional digital teams, collaborating with UX designers, visual designers, and design leads.
- 3+ years applying editorial standards, including proofreading, plain language writing, and ensuring brand voice consistency.
- 3+ years creating accessible, plain-language, WCAG compliant content, with strong knowledge of inclusive writing principles.
- Experience working with CMS platforms (AEM preferred but not required), including reviewing or guiding page builds.
- Managing structured editorial workflows, including copy decks, version control, stakeholder signoffs, and content walkthroughs.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with AEM or other enterprise CMS platforms
- Previous experience in banking or financial services (helpful but not a requirement)
- Content portfolio (bonus, not mandatory)
