Business Process Analyst

Insight Global is seeking a Business Process Analyst to support a Business Banking team, on a hybrid basis. This role acts as a bridge between business users and technology, operating as a consultant to understand frontline challenges and translate them into clear, actionable requirements for the technical teams. The successful candidate will lead journey mapping, gap analysis, and requirements gathering to support new builds and enhancements within Salesforce and the eCRM platform, including AI‑enabled capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
• Work with frontline agents to understand workflows, challenges, and pain points
• Act as a bridge between business users and eCRM/technology teams
• Gather, document, and manage requirements for new builds and enhancements
• Perform gap analysis and map current‑state vs. future‑state processes
• Create journey maps and process flows using Microsoft Visio
• Support modernization of legacy eCRM processes and intake management
• Submit and manage Salesforce requests as a business user
• Support AI‑enabled enhancements within the Salesforce/eCRM platform
• Provide ongoing input and clarification to technology partners throughout delivery

• 2+ years of experience in process analysis, including gap analysis, journey mapping, and requirements gathering
• Experience mapping current‑state vs. future‑state processes
• 3+ years of experience in financial services
• Strong documentation skills using Microsoft Visio, Word, and PowerPoint

• Salesforce.com experience as a frontline user
• Project or change management experience
