Insight Global is hiring for a Senior IT Business Analyst to support large-scale Agile transformation initiatives within a high-visibility, customer-facing application environment. This role supports multiple domain-based Agile pods across areas such as lending, credit cards, deposits, money movement, and servicing flows. This is a hands-on role for a seasoned BA who can hit the ground running. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly independent, and comfortable operating without a ramp-up period. You will partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to break down complex problems, translate requirements into technical solutions, and drive delivery from day one.

Required Skills & Experience
6+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in enterprise environments
Strong experience supporting Agile transformations
Ability to work independently in fast-paced, high-expectation settings
Hands-on experience writing user stories, story maps and detailed functional and technical requirements.
Strong skills in process mapping and problem decomposition
Experience supporting multiple Agile pods simultaneously
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Domain experience in lending, credit cards, deposits, or money movement
Background supporting onboarding or customer lifecycle platforms
Experience driving continuous improvement (cost reduction, revenue optimization)
