Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a seasoned Business Systems Analyst (BSA)/ BA to support a major enterprise‑level initiative within a top financial institution. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in business/system analysis, financial processes, and cross‑functional project delivery. This role requires exceptional communication abilities, particularly in creating clear, executive‑level PowerPoint presentations and project documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

-Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and system requirements.
-Support project delivery within a standard Waterfall environment, ensuring documentation and processes align with organizational methodologies.
-Design, assess, and optimize workflow and automation processes across business units.
-Have knowledge and contact center experience to Interface with customer-support and agent‑desktop platforms such as Genesys and Verint.
-Support initiatives related to financial transaction processes, system enhancements, and API integrations.
-Participate in solution design discussions, system testing, and implementation planning.
-Create high‑quality PowerPoint decks, visual summaries, and stakeholder presentations that clearly communicate project status, requirements, workflows, and recommendations.
-Financial experience
