Job Description
BMO’s Commercial Banking team partners with some of Canada’s largest corporations — organizations that expect precision, speed, and a service experience that matches the scale of their business. We’re looking for a Client Service Advisor fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin and English to support day‑to‑day inquiries, strengthen client relationships, and ensure seamless banking experiences for our commercial clients.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, communicates with clarity across languages, and enjoys solving complex client needs with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities
Client Support — Serve as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day inquiries from large corporate clients, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Bilingual Communication — Provide service in fluent Cantonese or Mandarin and English, supporting clients who prefer to conduct business in their native language.
Issue Resolution — Investigate and resolve account‑related questions, transaction issues, digital banking challenges, and service requests.
Commercial Banking Operations — Support onboarding, account maintenance, treasury services, cash management inquiries, and documentation coordination.
Relationship Management — Build trust with corporate clients by delivering consistent, high‑quality service and escalating complex matters to Relationship Managers when needed.
Process Excellence — Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve client experience, and reduce friction in service delivery.
Compliance & Risk — Ensure all activities follow BMO policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.

Required Skills & Experience
1+ years of customer service experience
FLUENT in both English and or Manderian or Cantonese
Exposure to Banking related roles or the finanical indsurty
Excellent Communication Skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Commercial Banking or long term banking experience
