AI Validation Lead (AI Design & Advisory)

Insight Global is hiring for an AI Validation Lead to drive AI solution design, model strategy, and client advisory across enterprise initiatives. This role is responsible for owning the end-to-end design and validation strategy of AI models, with a strong focus on problem framing, solution design, and guiding business stakeholders toward optimal AI approaches. You will work directly with client business teams to structure ambiguous problems, define solution pathways, and present relevant AI solution options, acting as a key partner in shaping how AI is applied to business challenges. This position requires strong communication, critical thinking, and business solutioning skills, along with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, delivery-driven consulting environment with full ownership over outcomes.

- Experience owning and leading AI/ML solution design and architecture
- Proven ability to guide business stakeholders through problem framing and AI solutioning
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills in client-facing environments
- Strong experience advising clients on AI models, solution approaches, and design decisions
- Hands-on experience building AI models from scratch, including validation strategy
- Demonstrated ability to translate business challenges into structured AI solutions
- Proven ability to drive work independently and manage priorities in fast-paced, delivery-driven settings
- Experience working across the full AI model lifecycle (design → validation → deployment → optimization)
- Exposure to Generative AI / LLM use cases in applied environments

- Experience with AI use cases in banking or financial services environments
- Familiarity with regulated environments and model risk considerations
- Background in consulting or advisory-driven delivery models
