Job Description
Insight Global is seeking AI Engineers/Developers with strong experience in Azure AI Foundry, RAG architectures, and Python automation to support GenAI initiatives for a financial services client.
This role focuses on building production-grade RAG systems and transitioning from siloed assistants to a standardized, enterprise RAG platform. Candidates must have hands-on experience developing and scaling real-world GenAI applications, not just POCs.
Key Responsibilities
Build and deploy GenAI applications using Azure AI Foundry
Design end-to-end RAG solutions (ingestion, embeddings, retrieval, orchestration)
Consolidate siloed RAG assistants into a shared platform
Develop Python-based workflows for automation, evaluation, and monitoring
Create reusable frameworks for scalable RAG deployment
Partner with teams to define AI architecture and platform strategy

Required Skills & Experience
Hands-on experience building production GenAI applications
Strong expertise in RAG design and implementation
Experience with Azure AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI
Strong Python skills for workflow automation and orchestration
Experience with embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval strategies
Background in AI/GenAI, agents, or workflow automation systems
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience building shared or multi-tenant AI platforms
Financial services or Wealth Management experience
