Job Description

Responsibilities
- Lead Agile coaching engagements and business agility transformations within large enterprise organizations.
- Coach executives, product leaders, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and delivery teams on Agile best practices.
- Facilitate PI Planning, QBRs, workshops, and leadership sessions.
- Guide operating model changes, organizational design, and Agile adoption strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement through Agile metrics, assessments, and coaching plans.
- Partner with stakeholders to remove impediments and improve delivery effectiveness.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of experience in Agile environments, including 2+ years as a dedicated Agile Coach.
- Proven experience leading Agile transformation initiatives in large organizations.
- Experience coaching senior leaders, directors, and VPs.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe.
- Experience facilitating executive-level planning and Agile ceremonies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Strong consulting mindset with the ability to work independently in client-facing environments.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience in financial services, banking, insurance, or wealth management.
- Experience with business agility or operating model transformation programs.
- Agile certifications such as SAFe, CSP, or equivalent.
