Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale, high‑impact distribution and logistics initiatives. This role owns end‑to‑end delivery of complex, cross‑functional projects with significant financial and operational exposure. The ideal candidate operates as a trusted advisor, drives execution with urgency, and uses data to guide decisions at every stage.
Key Responsibilities

Lead complex, multi‑dimensional distribution and logistics projects from concept through execution
Own project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and delivery across supply chain, operations, IT, engineering, and finance
Manage multi‑million‑dollar capital projects with strict financial oversight
Oversee logistics transfers, facility setup, racking, and distribution center operations
Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers, KPIs, and executive‑level reporting
Ensure accurate data collection and data‑driven decision‑making throughout the project lifecycle
Proactively manage risks, contingencies, and scenario planning in high‑stakes environments
Present clear, concise updates to stakeholders from operations floor level through executive leadership
Coach and support project managers and business partners on project governance and best practices

Required Skills & Experience

7–10 years of project management experience
PMP certification required
Proven experience delivering large, complex capital projects
Strong background in supply chain, warehouse, or distribution environments
Experience leading cross‑functional teams in high‑pressure, high‑visibility projects
Ability to make tough decisions, hold accountability, and maintain delivery discipline
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
Strong risk management, planning, and execution capabilities
Experience using enterprise project management tools such as:
OnePlan (project/portfolio management)
Microsoft Project
Asana or similar platforms

Strong data fluency, including building or interpreting dashboards and KPIs
Experience with Power BI
Experience working within Microsoft 365 environments

Great communication skills and organizational skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with international and local vendors
Prior collaboration with engineering teams on complex implementations
Solid IT fluency (able to partner effectively without hands‑on development responsibilities)
Experience building, mentoring, or scaling project management teams
Experience working in fast‑paced operational environments where missed KPIs cascade across the business
