Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager to support enterprise-wide sourcing initiatives within a large financial services organization. This role partners closely with the People & Culture function to develop and execute sourcing strategies that deliver value, manage risk, and support a purpose-driven culture.
This individual will lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives across Human Resources–related categories, working with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to drive innovation, ensure compliance, and deliver measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who thrives in complex environments and enjoys influencing senior stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3–5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, and contract negotiation
• Strong knowledge of sourcing and procurement processes, controls, and governance
• Experience leading end-to-end sourcing and contract negotiation initiatives independently
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder influence skills
• Experience working in a large, complex, and regulated organization
• Ability to develop strategic sourcing plans with minimal oversight
• Strong attention to detail, accountability, and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience within banking or financial services organizations
• Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
• Experience supporting Human Resources–related sourcing categories (e.g., benefits, recruitment, training)
