Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a hands-on Scrum Master to support a small, cross-functional product team focused on building and enhancing enterprise software solutions. This person will operate as a coach and facilitator—helping the team stay organized, deliver consistently, and navigate dependencies in a fast-paced Agile/SAFe environment.
You’ll be embedded directly with a development team and partner closely with Product Management to turn customer-driven requirements into actionable, well-structured work.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
-Work closely with the development team to understand ongoing work, priorities, and delivery goals
-Own and facilitate all Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) to keep the team aligned and moving forward
-Build and maintain Jira boards and dashboards to track sprint progress, team commitments, and overall delivery health
-Define and track key Agile metrics (velocity, predictability, throughput) to help the team continuously improve
-Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, ensuring alignment and preventing delivery blockers
-Proactively remove roadblocks and escalate risks that could impact timelines or deliverables
-Ensure the team is following Agile/SAFe practices and aligning with the broader Agile Release Train (ART) where applicable
-Coach the team on Agile best practices and help drive continuous improvement over time
-Partner with Product Owners and Product Managers to help shape, refine, and prioritize work for upcoming sprints
