Insight Global is looking for a Project Management Office (PMO) Analyst to join an athletic apparel retailer in the Toronto area for a contract until end of January 2026 with possibility of extension and/or conversion. As a PMO Analyst within the Global Fulfillment PMO, you will play a key role in shaping the future of the distribution network. You will work closely with the Engineering team to analyze network and regional forecasts, assess the distribution center capabilities, and identify gaps in storage capacity and throughput. Leveraging these insights, you will help develop business cases for capital funding through the annual operating planning (AOP) process. You will work with established tools and own the project tracker for the Engineering team. This role blends strategic analysis with light project management, ensuring that potential infrastructure and engineering improvements are well-defined, setup for project success, and aligned with broader Global Fulfillment goals.

4-6 (10-15 maximum) years of experience in strategy, business analysis, project management, or a related field
Basic project management experience, including building a schedule with appropriate dependencies, tracking milestones, identifying risks, and coordinating across teams
Experience in distribution center (DC) material handling equipment (MHE), logistics, supply chain, or fulfillment operations required. Understanding of how a product moves through the DC.
Experience using MS Suite including MS Excel, MS Sharepoint, MS Outlook, and MS Teams
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, finance, facilities maintenance, and operations
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with capital planning, business case development, or investment prioritization
MS Project experience
SQL querying experience
Familiarity with Manhattan Active WMS, or any other WMS
