Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Sales Support Specialist for a top energy technology client. This candidate will work closely with Sales Managers to support a designated territory and help drive business growth across multiple product lines. The ideal person will be highly organised, customer-focused, and comfortable working within structured processes in a fast-paced environment. They will support pre-sales activity, manage order entry and order lifecycle processes, assist with account administration, and help resolve customer finance and billing issues. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys cross-functional coordination, operational support, and building strong customer relationships while contributing directly to sales success.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma from an accredited university or college
• 3+ years of experience in customer service or sales support
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Experience using SAP
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment with multiple competing priorities
• Team-oriented mindset with strong initiative, problem-solving, and customer focus
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Additional experience in field activities, Sales Support, or Sales Force environments
• French language skills
• Manufacturing environment experience
• Supply chain knowledge
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience supporting e-commerce platforms, order management, and finance-related customer issues
