Job Description

Insight Global is looking to hire a Jr. Project Manager to support the Installation Services at one of Canada's top submetering organizations. This role will be hybrid onsite - with the understanding that the PM will be traveling periodically to client sites in the GTA. (Some travel outside GTA may be required.)



You will be managing multiple projects, supporting resourcing of people and equipment, as well as manage scope, and client driven timelines. The successful candidate can be a new grad, or have some work experience in the industry with a focus on project management and coordination.

Required Skills & Experience

- 1-4+ years of experience in a project management role - preference to PM roles in submetering, construction, or related industries

- Comfortable to travel to client sites and being client facing support

- Experience with managing timelines, and scope of multiple projects at once

Strong communication and presentation skills to communicate status, risk, and proactive updates to internal and external stakeholders

- Experience with technical analysis of electrical, mechanical drawings and bringing gap between business and installation teams

- Has access to personal vehicle, and valid license

- Engineering degree, EIT - Mechanical, electrical

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Related industry experience - sub metering, electrical, construction, utilities, energy etc.

- Understanding of regulatory bodies such as Measurement Canada, - Electrical Safety Authority, TSSA, OEB, Industry Canada, CSA.
