Day to Day:
The Logistics Specialist supports project and operational activities by coordinating the safe, efficient, and timely movement of materials and equipment. This role partners with suppliers, carriers, QA/QC, and project teams to execute shipments, manage documentation, and ensure materials meet schedule and quality requirements.
Compensation: 22/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Required Skills & Experience
Must Haves:
• 2+ years in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination.
• An understanding of freight scheduling and trucking operations.
• Experience with digital workflow tools (Excel required; Aconex, Oracle preferred).
• Excellent communication, follow‑up, and organizational skills.
• Updating shipments in TMS system
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Plusses:
• Background in energy, pipeline, fabrication, or industrial project logistics.
• Knowledge of DOT/HAZMAT regulations.
Experience supporting QA/QC inspection workflows.
