Job Description
Insight Global is searching for a Logistics Specialist to join a large oil and gas company in Tulsa, OK.
The Logistics Specialist oversees the daily coordination of material and equipment movement to support project schedules, working closely with suppliers, carriers, QA/QC, and project teams. The role includes arranging transportation, issuing Release‑to‑Ship documents, providing shipping instructions, tracking deliveries, resolving delays, and keeping teams informed. It also involves managing logistics documentation in Aconex, supporting material readiness and laydown yard activities, and maintaining accurate shipment logs and TMS updates. Strong communication, organization, and experience with logistics tools—especially Excel—are essential.
Compensation:
$20/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
• 2+ years in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination.
• An understanding of freight scheduling and trucking operations.
• Experience with digital workflow tools (Excel required; Aconex, Oracle preferred).
• Excellent communication, follow up, and organizational skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Plusses:
• Background in energy, pipeline, fabrication, or industrial project logistics.
• Knowledge of DOT/HAZMAT regulations.
• Experience supporting QA/QC inspection workflows.
