Job Description
As an IT Project Manager IV, this role requires the ability to resolve complex challenges, clearly communicate intricate concepts, and build strong, collaborative relationships. The position demands extensive knowledge of the software development lifecycle and the strategic use of business applications to maintain a competitive advantage. The ideal candidate brings fresh perspectives to existing solutions, driving improvements in performance, efficiency, and safety.
Responsibilities/Expectations:
o Leads and coordinates a variety of sophisticated projects with significant impact to our organization
o Understands business requirements, project risks and project lifecycle
o Applies expertise and leadership skills to advise staff and to resolve issues
o Measures and reports project performance to our leadership team
o Cultivates relationship with our clients and company partners
o Collaborates with others on software development process, including requirements gathering, analysis and design, development tools and technologies, release and version control, modern testing methodologies and deployment management
o Uses business applications for competitive advantage
o Applies knowledge of business challenges to improve products, processes or services
o Interprets internal/external customer needs, assesses requirements and identifies responses
Compensation:
$60.50/hr to $67.50/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field or engineering
- Minimum 7 years experience in project management
- Minimum 3 years experience in IT
- Infrastructure Experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- PMP
- Experience in oil and gas industry, preferably leading projects that work with field/operations
- Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously, both large and small in fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
- Extensive knowledge of plan development and execution, scope planning, schedule development, cost estimating, budgeting, and control, communications planning, risk identification and risk response control
- Data Bricks & Big Data Analytics experience
