Job Description
Day to Day:
The Fleet Analyst I supports all aspects of the company’s fleet vehicles throughout their full lifecycle, with a primary focus on fleet data accuracy, dashcam program execution, and operational reporting. This role is responsible for maintaining reliable fleet records, coordinating dashcam ordering and installation, supporting data-driven decisions, and providing clear, timely communication to internal stakeholders.
This position works closely with Fleet Support (Supply Chain), HSEI, Operations, and third-party vendors to ensure fleet assets—including dashcam devices—are properly deployed, connected, and reported. Strong organizational skills, above average Excel capability, and effective communication are essential for success. Prior experience in logistics, fleet, automotive, oil and gas, or safety environments is beneficial but not required.
Compensation: $20/hr - $22/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Required Skills & Experience
Must Haves:
- Required: High School Diploma or GED
- Required: Minimum three (3) years of experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, fleet, category management, procurement, automotive, or safety-related roles.
