Job Description
The RCM Analyst will support Reliability‑Centered Maintenance efforts and serves as a short‑term subject matter expert to help guide the team and establish strong fundamentals. The analyst works closely with other maintenance engineers and systems engineers to perform RCM analysis using multiple tools, conduct extensive research on maintenance practices and programs, and determine optimal scheduled maintenance intervals. Outputs of the analysis are handed off to technical publication leads and authors for development of scheduled maintenance manuals and tests. The role may also interface with program management and provides coaching support to a largely commercial‑based RCM team that needs deeper NAVAIR expertise.
Compensation:
$35/hr to $42/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
• Hands‑on RCM experience (5–10 years preferred)
• Direct NAVAIR RCM experience
• Experience analyzing engineering sustainment, reliability, and maintainability for aircraft
• Experience supporting Navy or Navy‑developed maintenance methodologies
○ Examples: US Navy / Marine Corps, NAVAIR programs, EA platforms, AWACS
• Technical Manual experience - Understanding how RCM analysis feeds into scheduled maintenance manuals and tech publications
• Ability to coach and guide an existing team using hands‑on expertise
• Strong understanding of scheduled maintenance analysis and interval determination
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Condition‑Based Maintenance (CBM) experience (huge nice to have, not a core requirement)
• Experience with both NAVAIR and MSG‑3
○ Team currently uses MSG‑3 but legacy customers require NAVAIR
• Background supporting legacy aircraft or older maintenance specifications
• Experience interfacing with:
○ Systems Engineering (design)
○ Program Management
○ Technical Publications teams
