Job Description
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Level 4 to support the B-52 Commercial Engine Replacement Program (CERP) in Oklahoma City. This senior-level role will lead drawing reviews, manufacturing planning, producibility assessments, and aircraft modification activities supporting one of the Air Force's largest modernization programs. The selected candidate will serve as a key technical resource between Engineering, Operations, and Quality organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead engineering drawing reviews and manufacturability assessments.
Review and approve Drafted Work Orders (DWOs), manufacturing plans, and work instructions.
Evaluate engineering changes for production feasibility and installation impacts.
Support daily build plans through constraint identification and resolution.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and schedule performance.
Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams to resolve technical challenges.
Mentor junior engineers and support aircraft modification execution.
Compensation: $65/hr to $70/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
9+ years of manufacturing, production, industrial, aerospace, or related engineering experience.
Experience reviewing engineering drawings, engineering changes, and manufacturing requirements.
Experience developing manufacturing plans, work instructions, and production documentation.
Strong understanding of aerospace manufacturing and aircraft modification processes.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Aerospace and defense industry experience.
Military aircraft modification, sustainment, or production experience.
Experience supporting platforms such as B-52, KC-46, E-4B, F-15, or similar aircraft.
Experience with CATIA, Creo, Teamcenter, DELMIA, MESCI, or related manufacturing systems.
Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement experience.
