Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Business Analyst to support a portfolio of AI-driven automation initiatives across the organization. This individual will play a critical role in gathering requirements, validating outputs from AI tools, and helping guide multiple projects from proof of concept into execution.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can partner with diverse stakeholders, and is excited to work at the intersection of business operations and emerging AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and refine business and functional requirements
Facilitate discussions across business units to align on project goals and use cases
Translate business needs into clear user stories and requirements
AI Solution Support & Validation
Support AI-driven projects by reviewing outputs from LLMs and automation tools
Conduct “sniff tests” to validate model outputs and ensure alignment with business expectations
Assist teams in improving prompt design and results quality (where applicable)
Project Execution Across Multiple Initiatives
Support a portfolio of ~6 concurrent AI/automation projects, several of which are in proof-of-concept stages
Contribute to short-term project cycles (3–4 months) and help drive progress to delivery
Work within established frameworks to support scalable solution development
Documentation & Process Mapping
Create and maintain business documentation including:
Process flows
Workflow diagrams
Requirements documentation (BRDs, user stories, etc.)
Ensure clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
UI/UX Collaboration
Support UI-focused initiatives (2 projects) by collaborating on wireframes and user experience design
Utilize tools like Figma (preferred) to contribute to design discussions and validation
Compensation:
$37/hr to $43/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
1–2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
Experience gathering and documenting requirements across stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams
Experience working with AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Exposure to AI/ML or automation-related projects
Familiarity with tools that assist in generating user stories or requirements via AI
Experience with Figma or other wireframing/design tools
Understanding of Agile methodologies
