Job Description

Overview
OU Health is seeking a Benchmark Analytics Analyst to support financial analytics, benchmarking, reporting, and financial systems initiatives across the organization. This role partners with Finance, HR, Supply Chain, IT, Data Analytics, and leadership teams to deliver actionable insights, improve reporting capabilities, and support data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain benchmarking reports, dashboards, and analytics.
Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
Extract, validate, and interpret data from multiple systems and sources.
Create dashboards and self-service reporting solutions using tools such as Tableau.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and deliver insights.
Support data governance standards and ensure data accuracy.
Document processes, maintain training materials, and communicate reporting enhancements.
Participate in finance systems and analytics projects and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in Finance, Analytics, SQL, Reporting, or a related field.
Experience with Tableau or similar reporting tools preferred.
Experience with Workday, Axiom, or financial systems preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
