Job Description

Freedom Financial Partners is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support Financial Advisors with client
service, marketing and administrative support in a growing practice. This role is ideal for someone who
enjoys meaningful client work, variety in their day, and learning new skills with a supportive team.

What you’ll do (with support + training)
• Support client service and planning work by preparing materials and helping with follow-ups.
• Communicate with clients by phone and email in a professional, friendly manner (comfort on the
phone is important; we’ll help you ramp up)
• Help keep client documentation accurate, organized, and consistent within established
compliance-sensitive processes.
• Assist with marketing efforts (content development, social media, and coordination for
events/webinars).
• Take ownership of administrative tasks and special projects to keep the office running smoothly.

Will be reporting to 3 executives

Compensation - $37,440

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience working in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments requiring accurate
documentation, standardized record-keeping, and adherence to internal procedures
• Background with CRM or other industry specific software used to document, chart, and code
detailed client notes, such as Salesforce or similar platforms where structured data entry,
required fields, and consistency of client records are critical
• Strong organization, follow-through, and clear communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint (or willingness to learn quickly).

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Education Background
• Bachelor’s degree; or possess a background in either Health Information Management, Medical
Billing and Coding, or related fields.
