Job Description
The eConsent Trainer is responsible for training hospital and clinic staff on the use of electronic consent forms via iPad. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth transition from paper to digital workflows by delivering patient, clear, and effective training to end users with varying levels of technical comfort. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly patient, and confident using technology in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
• Train hospital and clinic staff on how to electronically complete and sign consent forms using iPads
• Provide hands-on, one-on-one training for clinical and administrative staff
• Explain technical processes in simple, easy-to-understand terms
• Support staff during go-live periods and workflow transitions
• Serve as a calm and supportive resource for users who are less comfortable with technology
• Collaborate with IT, clinical leadership, and application teams to ensure consistent training and adoption
• Document common issues, questions, and training feedback to help improve processes and materials
Maintain training materials, quick guides, and job aids as workflows evolve
Compensation:
$20hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
Required Qualifications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technology to non-technical users
• Demonstrated patience and customer-service mindset
• Comfort using tablets (iPads), mobile applications, and basic troubleshooting
• Experience training, teaching, coaching, or supporting end users (healthcare preferred but not required)
• Ability to adapt training style to different learning needs and environments
Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple training sessions
