Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Credentialed Trainer to play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of the Epic EHR system for their IV Pump Integration project. They will collaborate with various departments, EHR Trainers and EHR Application teams to deliver effective training programs that empower staff to effectively utilize Epic in their daily workflows.
Compensation:
$50/hr to $55/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
Requirements:
• Credentialed in Epic ClinDoc with willingness to obtain additional Epic certifications
• 0–3 years of relevant clinical or IT experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and public speaking skills
• Ability to develop and deliver engaging Epic end‑user training in classroom and virtual settings
• Basic understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare terminology
• Ability to answer learner questions and provide first‑line troubleshooting support during training
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a customer‑focused mindset
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with training teams
• Ability to drive to assigned sites and travel in and out of state as needed
• Commitment to maintaining up‑to‑date training materials and supporting ongoing Epic upgrades
• Willingness to pitch in where needed to ensure Epic users are equipped to deliver exceptional patient care
Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Credentialed in Beacon or Optime
Pump integration experience
